Foreign matter in the brake fluid
Brake master cylinder return hole clogged
Brake pad contact surfaces glazed
Pads mounted incorrectly
Wheel bearing damaged
Loose front or rear wheel axle nut
Worn pads
Air in the hydraulic circuit
Not enough brake fluid
Unsuited brake fluid
Brake caliper pistons jammed or stuck
