Wiring Harness

If there is a fault in the wiring
harness, replace the wiring
harness.
– Remove the shroud, b 6.4
– Remove the ignition module,
b 7.3
– Remove the flywheel, b 7.6
– Remove the carburetor, b 12.5
– Remove the short circuit wire,
b 7.7
– Remove the carburetor carrier,
b 12.8
– Remove the interlock lever,
b 10.2, b 10.3
– Remove the air guide shrouds,
b 12.4.1

: Pull the generator wire (1) and
connector with insulating tube (2)
out of the guides (arrows).

: Push back the insulating tube (1)
in the direction of the generator
wire and separate the pin and
socket connector.
: Take out the screw (1).
– Lower the tank housing (2).

: Take out the screws (1).
: Lift the handlebar (2) a little and
ease it to the side.

: Pull out the cover (1).

: Pull the pin and connector with
insulating tube (1) out of the
guide (arrow).

: Push back the insulating tube (1)
in the direction of the wiring
harness and separate the pin and
socket connector.
