* When the ambient temperature is too high or low, the print quality may deteriorate.
Cause
One or more of the ink
cartridges is empty. The
machine will stop all print
operations.
The ambient temperature is
too low.
The memory card is either
corrupted, improperly
formatted, or there is a
problem with the memory
card.
One or more of the ink
cartridges are running out
of ink.
An ink cartridge is not
installed properly.
The memory card in the
media drive does not
contain a .JPG file.
The machine is out of paper
or paper is not properly
loaded in the paper tray.
The jam clear cover is not
set in place.
Paper is jammed in the
machine.
The machine's memory is
full.
The data size of the
memory card is too large.
Paper is jammed in the
machine.

Action
Replace the ink cartridges.
Raise the ambient temperature. *
Put the card firmly into the slot again to
make sure it is in the correct position. If
the error remains, check the media
drive by putting in another memory
card that you know is working.
Order a new ink cartridge.
Take out the ink cartridge and put it in
again seating it properly.
Put the correct memory card into the
slot again.
Do one of the following:
• Refill the paper in the paper tray, and
then press Black Start (Mono Start)
or Color Start.
• Remove the paper and load it again
and then press Black Start (Mono
Start) or Color Start.
Set the jam clear cover into place.
Remove the jammed paper.
Reduce print resolution.
Reduce the size of the image data
stored in the memory card.
Remove the jammed paper.
