Welding software

The FastMig MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder is compatible with the following modified welding
processes and functions:
Factory-installed
• WiseRoot+™ is a modified welding process for open gap root welding without backing.
It is factory-installed in the MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder.
• WiseFusion™ is a welding function for ensuring consistent weld quality in all positions.
It is factory-installed in MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder (both Pipe Stainless and Pipe Steel
versions).
• WisePulseMig™ is a licence that allows pulsed MIG welding. This is factory-installed
in Pipe Stainless version of MXP 37 Pipe wire feeder and optional extra in Pipe Steel
package.
• Either Pipe Stainless or Pipe Steel welding program package is factory-installed in MXP
37 Pipe wire feeder. You can select either one according to your welding application.
Each package contains a selection of welding programs.
Optional extras
• WisePenetration™ is a welding function for delivering constant welding power
regardless of changes in the stick out length. It is an optional feature, which can be

purchased through Kemppi DataStore.
• MatchLog™ contains MiniLog™ function and the MatchChannel™ function for quickly
changing welding parameters on the run. It is an optional feature, which can be
purchased through Kemppi DataStore.
• If your welding needs change and you wish to update your system in the future, you can
order additional welding programs or other welding software and load them to your
system with Kemppi DataGun field programming device.
