• Connecting a Mobile Device That is not Wi-Fi Direct Certified

Click Start  All Programs  Fuji Xerox  Fuji Xerox Printer Software for Asia-Pacific  your printer 
Printer Setting Utility.
NOTE:
• The window to select a printer appears in this step when multiple print drivers are installed on your computer. In this
case, click the name of the desired printer listed in Printer Name.
The Printer Setting Utility appears.

Click the Printer Maintenance tab.

Select Network Settings from the list at the left side of the page.
The Network Settings page is displayed.

Check the SSID and passphrase under Group Owner of Wi-Fi Direct Setup.
NOTE:
• To confirm the printer's SSID and passphrase, you can also print the list by clicking Print of Print Passphrase.

Connect the mobile device to the Wi-Fi Direct network.
For Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows RT, and Windows RT 8.1
Tap Settings in the PC settings menu.

Tap the Wi-Fi icon.

Tap the printer's SSID, and then tap Connect.

Enter the passphrase, and then tap Next.

The mobile device will connect to the printer.
For Windows 7
Click the network icon on the taskbar.

Click the printer's SSID, and then click Connect.

Enter the passphrase, and then click OK.

Click Cancel to exit the Set Network Location window.

The mobile device will connect to the printer.
For Windows Vista
Click Start  Connect To.

Click the printer's SSID.

Enter the passphrase, and then click Connect.

The mobile device will connect to the printer.
For iOS
Tap Settings  Wi-Fi.

Tap the printer's SSID.

Enter the passphrase, and then tap Join.

The mobile device will connect to the printer.
For Android™
The procedure varies depending on the mobile device you are using. Refer to the manual provided with your
mobile device.

Install the printer on the mobile device.
For Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows RT, and Windows RT 8.1
Click Devices in the PC settings menu.

Click Add a device in the Devices sub-menu.
