When the LED is red, please press the Power button on the front panel. The Power indicator will turn blue. The unit will begin to start. Note: DS-9500 series NVR do not have local output, when Ready indicator turns blue, that means the unit is power on and ready to be configured. -

Network configurations are needed before operating, including: IP address, subnet mask, gateway and port.
