Special I/O Unit Error (Non-fatal Error)
A Special I/O Unit error occurs when there is an error in the data conversion between the CPU Unit and
a Special I/O Unit.

*2 The bit corresponding to the unit number where the error occurred turns ON.

Refer to the manual for the
particular Unit.
Check the insertion at the
connector. Restart the
Unit and check whether
the error is cleared.
If restarting the Unit does
not clear the error, check
whether the error is
cleared by replacing the
Unit.
Restart the CPU Unit and
check whether the error
occurs again.

Reset, or turn the power OFF and back ON.
