Removing a Blank Drive Bezel for Removable
Media Storage Device Installations
A blank drive bezel covers bays 5 and 6 when they are not occupied with a
storage device. You will need to remove a drive bezel before installing any
removable media storage device (example: tape drive, CD-ROM, and diskette)
in these bay locations. You will not need to replace the drive bezel after the
drive installation.
To remove a blank drive bezel:
1. Turn off the workstation and disconnect the power cord from the
grounded AC outlet and the back of the workstation.
2. Remove the side access panel.
3. Remove the front bezel.
