6. Adjusting the AE/Fixing Assembly Settings

AE-SLOP When copying in AE mode with priority on
image quality, some types of originals gen-
erate light images. If such is the case, use
this mode to adjust the copy image density.
FIXER- Use it to enter the resistance of the fixing
RESIST assembly.
• If you have replaced the fixing assembly,
enter the value recorded on the label
attached to the fixing assembly.

FILM LANK Use it to enter the film thickness rank (fixing
temperature control value).
• If you have replaced the fixing assembly,
enter the value recorded on the label
attached to the fixing assembly, thereby
setting the fixing temperature control
value.
