Opening the Top Cover

1. Slide the Cover Latch located on the bottom of the unit forward to unlock the Top
Cover.
Note: First remove the Security Lock on the rear of the unit if present.
2. Pivot the Top Cover open and gently rest it on the table surface.
Caution: When opening the cover, do not allow it to drop onto the table surface.
The mechanical shock can damage the HDD.
