Clearing the CMOS/Password
Chapter 6:
The CMOS/Password can be cleared as follows.
1. Turn the power off and disconnect power from the Terminal.
2. Open the Top Cover.
3. Temporarily move the shunt from the Normal position (Pins 1‐2) to Pins 2‐3.
4. Move the shunt back to the Normal position.
5. Close the Top Cover.
6. Connect power and turn on the terminal. CMOS/Password is cleared when power
is applied.
