Thermal/Cooling Requirements

The CPU, Northbridge, Southbridge, Secondary I/O, and voltage regulators are the sources of heat on
the board. The ReadyBoard 800 is designed to operate at its maximum CPU speed of 600MHz, 1.1GHz,
or 1.4GHz. All processors and the Memory Hub (Northbridge) require a heatsink.
