E-Mail Overview

Each time that the e-mail client is started, the default Message List screen will be presented. From this
screen, you create and send messages, received and read messages, store messages in folders and
delete unwanted messages.
File Menu
The following operations are available from the File Menu:
Open: The highlighted message will be opened.
Move to: The highlighted message will be moved to a different folder.
Copy to: The highlighted message will be copied to another folder.
Delete: The highlighted message or folder will be removed from the current folder and moved to
the Deleted (local) folder. The message will be deleted according to the setup options taken on the
Services | Options | Delete tab.
Folder | New Folder: Creates a new folder.
Folder | Rename Folder: The highlighted folder is renamed.
Empty Deleted (local): The messages stored in the deleted folder are immediately deleted.
Print: The highlighted message may be printed. The thin client local print dialog box will be
presented when this option is taken.
Exit: Closes the e-mail client. The "X" in the upper right corner (on the menu/tool bar) also closes
the client.
Compose Menu
New messages may be created here as well as replying to and forwarding messages.
