If an I-O 122-Key 5250 Style Thin Client Keyboard is being used with the thin client, use this screen to
enable the 122 keyboard layout for display terminal emulation connections.
Selecting this option will create keyboard macros in each terminal emulation session. Removing the
selection will delete the keyboard macros.
