8. Connect an oscilloscope to TP1351.
9. Adjust the PB LEVEL (A2_E4) data on the MENU so
that the first step and the fourth step of the waveform
have the same amplitude.

11. Adjust the PR LEVEL (A2_BC) data on the MENU
so that the first step and the second step of the wave-
form have the same amplitude.

Adjustment
1. Input the 33 kHz/60Hz YPBPR SMPTE (709) 100 %
color bar signal to the RGB/COMPONENT connector.
2. Connect an oscilloscope to TP302.
3. Adjust PB/B BLACK (A2_8E) data on the MENU so that
the pedestal portion becomes flat.

4. Connect an oscilloscope to TP402.
5. Adjust PR/R BLACK (A2_95) data on the MENU so that
the pedestal portion becomes flat.

6. Connect an oscilloscope to TP1251.
7. Remove the difference in amplitudes between the first
step and the second step of the waveform with G-Y/B
(A2_A9) on the MENU.
Remove the difference in amplitudes between the
second step and the third step of the waveform with G-
Y/R (A2_9B) on the MENU. Repeat the adjustments
until the top peak portion becomes flat.
