Battery failed.
Terminal or battery was
removed from cradle too soon
OR
Battery or terminal is
improperly installed in cradle.
Action
Replace battery.
Replace terminal and/or spare
battery in cradle and begin
charging over. Battery in
terminal requires 2 hours to
recharge fully. A spare battery
requires 4 hours to recharge
fully.
