Use the go to folder... and search for Library/Application Support/Slic3r/ as shown in the
screenshot below.

The final step is to delete the contents of this location and place the contents of the downloaded
profiles zip file instead. Now you will be able to select the pre-sets and profiles after restarting
Repetier-Host or slic3r as indicated in the next screenshot.
