Keep Clock Awake
Set (query) the SIM918 keep-awake mode to z
Ordinarily, the clock oscillator for the SIM918 microcontroller is held
in a stopped state, and only enabled during processing of events
(Section 2.7). Setting AWAK ON forces the clock to stay running, and
is useful only for diagnostic purposes.
