SYMPTOM
Door will not operate.
Door starts to close but automatically
reverses to open position.
Door operates from drive unit (O/S/C)
button but not from transmitter.*

Door will not close fully.
Door will not open fully.
Courtesy light not working.
Globe keeps blowing.
Auto close not working.
*Please Note: Some areas may be prone to excessive radio interference brought on by devices such as cordless telephones, wireless
stereo headphones and baby monitors. It is possible that these devices could cause a degree of interference such as to greatly reduce
the range of the transmitter. In such an instance please contact your ATA dealer for an alternative frequency replacement kit. As this is
not a warrantable situation but an environmental issue charges may apply for the changeover.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Mains power not switched on.
Door is obstructed.
Door is locked or motor jammed.
Door tracks/hardware damaged.
Adverse weather conditions (wind or cold)
causing door to stiffen and become tight in
the tracks.
Possible obstruction in the doorway.
Transmitter code not stored in memory.
Flat Battery.
Door limit positions need to be reset.
Door limit positions need to be reset.
Globe blown.
Incorrect globe voltage - must be 24V DC. Replace globe - festoon type 15W 24V DC.
PE Beam or wiring faulty
PE Beam not aligned correctly.
PE Beam is obstructed.
Door obstructed when closing.
Auto close time not set.
MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BY
POSSIBLE CAUSE

REMEDY
Switch on mains power.
Remove obstruction.
Unlock door or remove jam.
Door requires service/repair by qualified
technician.
Increase force margin setting and/or re-
initialise the door. See Step 8 on page 11.
Remove obstruction.
Code transmitter in to openers memory.
Refer Step 8.1 on page 14.
Replace battery - A23 Alkaline 12V.
Reset limit positions. See Step 6 Page 10.
Reset limit positions. See Step 6 Page 10.
Replace globe - festoon type 15W 24V DC.
Repair PE Beam or replace wiring.
Re-align optics.
Remove obstruction from the path of PE.
Remove obstruction.
See Step 15 on page 16.
