Troubleshooting PanaVOlCE
If
you experience
trouble while installing a PanaVOICE system, check the following:
l
Check that you received
all the hardware
on the bill of materials.
l
Check that all cables are correctly
connected.
l
Check all installation
steps, starting with Test the system on page l-5.

If you believe the hardware is defective
All requests
for returned
material authorization
@MA) should be made from the site
where the system is being installed. When you call Technical Support from on-site, we
can check what has failed and what may need to be replaced.
ln addition, the techni-
cian can suggest additional
tests for you to try.
Technical
Support needs the following information
before issuing an RMA on any
hardware
which you purchased
from Panasonic:
l
The serial numbers of the part needing to be replaced.
On the PanaVOICE system,
look at the tag attached
to the fan on the back of the computer
to determine
a
part's PCL number.
l
The date the system was installed.
l
A description
of the problem
and what troubleshooting
has already been at-
tempted.
