Step 1: Connect the PC and the VG 31-08 to the Internet
respectively, and make sure that the PC and the VG are accessible to
each other.
Step 2: Copy the application/Boot ROM program/configuration
file to the destination directory, "C:\version" for example.

5.6.2 Configuring the FTP Service on the VG 31-08

Step 1: Set an authentication method.
Note:
You can make AAA configurations as needed. For information about
related operations, refer to H3C VG Series Voice Gateways
Operation Manual.
Step 2: Add a username and its password.
[VG] local-user H3C password simple 123 service-type ftp
"H3C" is the username and "123" is the password.
