REASSEMBLING THE FRONT FORK

WARNING
All components should be carefully washed
and blown dry with compressed air before
refitting.
•
Overhaul, where necessary.
• Install the damper unit with counter spring and ring in
the sleeve.
•
Ensure that the top guide bushing is fitted in the
sleeve.
•
Fit the bottom sliding bushing in its seat in the fork leg.
•
Refit the leg in the sleeve, push fully home.
• Screw the bottom screw with gasket and tighten to the
specified torque.
