CYCLE PARTS
• Fit the retainer and the lubricated seal.
•
Using a suitable drift, push the seal fully home in the
sleeve.
•
Insert the snap ring.
• Fit the dust seal.
•
Pour some oil inside the leg and make sure it fills up all
inner channels of the damper rod.
•
Pump the rod. Make sure oil has completely filled the
damper rod.
• Install the spring and the preload tube.
•
Start the plug onto fork leg. Pay attention not to
damage the O-ring.
•
Tighten the cap to the specified torque.
