uration to be factory defaulted.
The Express L128FP transfers data up to 144 kbps over a two-wire fa-
cility. This type of service is a permanent connection between end-
points or between the unit and the Frame Relay cloud. It is sometimes
referred to as a leased connection, a dedicated connection, a "nailed-
up" connection, or a private circuit. Leased connection or leased line
is used in this manual to represent these types of services.

Configuration
The Express L128FP is configured using a menu-based interface. This
interface can be accessed via the maintenance port using any asyn-
chronous VT 100 terminal or personal computer running a terminal
emulation program, or via IP using a Telnet client program or web
browser. To use the Telnet interface or web browser, the Express
L128FP must first have an IP address programmed into it via the
maintenance port. The factory default is 10.0.0.1.
