Conference Call Options & Screen Modes
During a conference call, users can access the conference menu from the telephone feature controls and the call options
menu for each of the participants.
Call Options
Touching the options button on any of the caller's windows, or the "more" triangle on a thumbnail or in the participant
list, opens the call options menu for that party. On this panel, you can:
Adjust or mute the volume of that party
Add the party to your address book
Disconnect the party
Open a tonepad to dial another party
Touch done to close the panel
Conference Menu Options (BAS mode only)
The conference menu button in the telephone feature controls menu allows you to do the following:
Save a conference
Become the moderator (see
List participants
Change the conference format
View saved conferences
Saving A Conference Call
You can save a conference while the conference is underway in order to save the contact information for all of the partici-
pants. Saved conferences can be dialed from the saved conferences panel, and can also be added to your favorites.
This feature allows you to call all participants in the conference at once, rather than dialing each participant individually.

You can also create a saved conference on the BAS. See
To Save a Conference Call:
1.
In a conference call of two or more participants, touch the conf menu button on the control bar.
2.
Touch the save conf button.
To Rename a Conference:
1.
In a conference call of two or more participants, touch the conf menu button on the control bar.
2.
Touch the saved conf button.
3.
Click on a conference folder at the top of the screen.
The conference has a date and time name.
4.
Touch the rename button.
5.
Touch the conference name and re-enter the new name.
6.
Touch done.
