Receiving Calls

When someone is calling you, the BluStar 8000i rings and an incoming call menu appears on the screen allowing you to do
the following:
ignore the call
turn off the ringer (silence)
answer the call
select video answer
The callers name and SIP URL appears as well.
When you receive an incoming call, the L1 key will flash. If you receive a second call at the same time, you will see a second
call menu appear on the screen and the L2 key flashing. If you answer the first call, the second call menu will still appear on
your screen. If you answer the second call, the BluStar 8000i will automatically put the first call on hold. See

To Answer a Call with Voice Only:
1.
Touch the answer button or pickup the handset.
A picture of the caller and the voice only button is outlined in red indicating that the call is voice only.
Note:
You can also disable camera video transmission by flipping the mechanical shutter on the camera down over the lens.
2.
Touch goodbye to end the call.
