To Reorder Rule Priorities:
1.
Click on the My Call Handling Rules button.
2.
Click Reorder Rule Priorities
3.
Under Order, select a number.
OR
Use the Up or Down arrow buttons.
4.
Click Save.
The following message appears: Rules Successfully Reordered.
My Contacts
The My Contacts button takes you to a page where you can work with your personal contacts. On the various pages you
can manage your folders and saved conferences, and import and export your contacts list.
Note:
Contact your system administrator for help with importing and exporting your contacts.
Contact Editor
In the Contact Editor screen, you can edit your contacts.
The upper portion of the Contact Editor screen allows you to do the following:
•
View either your personal address book or the global address book
•
Select a folder to view
•
Select a saved conference
•
Search your contact list's fields for a specific text string (last or first name)
•
Sort the contacts by selecting a "Sort by" field name from the pop-up menu
•
Set the number of contacts displayed per web page
The lower portion of the screen lists contact information for contacts selected according to the search criteria. Here you
can choose to View, Edit or Delete existing contacts or Add a new contact.
