Measure

The SF-810 has a built-in pulse (heart rate) sensor which will help you during workouts and make heart rate zone
training easy.
Using the positional information and time for the GPS signal, the time, distance, and speed are measured
automatically.
Also, training is supported for a variety of functions, such as the interval function.
