Introduction

Allows you to measure running data such as distance and time.
You can measure split and lap times, as well as using the GPS signal to measure distance
and pace.

Interval training:
Training method in which you repeat sets of light and hard exercise to increase your
athletic ability. An exercise menu is created using combinations of hard (sprint) and
light (recovery) exercise. An alarm sounds when it is time to change between sprinting
