FRONT WHEEL

Before disassembly, support the frame at
the centre to prevent the scooter from fall-
ing.
• (Remove speedometer sensor).
• (Remove front brake caliper).
• Loosen screw (V).
• Unscrew and remove wheel spindle (A), paying at-
tention to spacer (B).

20 ± 15%
• Remove wheel assembly.
Do not operate the brake lever after remov-
ing the wheel, since the pads would come
into contact with each other.
When refitting the wheel be sure to refit the
spacer (B) and grease spindle (A).

FRONT BRAKE DISC

• (Remove speedometer sensor).
• (Remove front brake caliper).
• (Remove front wheel).
• Undo screws (V7).
Wear tolerance limit = mm 3, 5
When reassembling, use new screws and
apply a high strength thread locker.
