CHECKING THE OIL LEVEL IN THE DAMPER

If the front suspension bottoms out or makes anomalous
noises, check the oil level in the dampers as follows:
• undo upper plug (A);
• carefully remove spring (B) and allow the oil in which
it was immersed to drip off;
• bring the damper to its bottom travel limit while keep-
ing it in a perfectly vertical position.
Quantity of oil for damper 310 cc
• With the aid of a rule or a gauge rod, check the oil
level. The correct level is 150 mm from the upper edge
of the damper.
• Top up with Q8 FORK OIL if necessary.
