ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
The power cord is designed to ground the
electrical system through the receptacle. It is also
designed to carry the amperage output of most
campground outlets. If the electrical receptacle to
be used is designed to mate with the prongs of the
power cord plug, the electrical connection can be
expected to carry rated load.
The 50-amp shoreline gives your coach extra
current handling capacity.
Plug the shore end of the cord (black plug
end) into a suitable 50-amp power receptacle to
provide external power to the coach and con-
verter/charger system.
NOTE: Some parks do not have 50-amp service
available, so you will need to connect to
a standard 30-amp service pole using an
adaptor.

Power Receptacle
A flip down hatch in the compartment floor
lets you route the shoreline cord through a pas-
sage in the bottom of the compartment so you
can shut the compartment door while the shore-
line is connected.
1. Flip the hatch downward.

2. Swivel the cover section aside to reveal cord
notch.
3. Route the cord through the notch and flip the
hatch back up into place and close the com-
partment door.
