De-­‐clipper M enu
The De-­‐clipper menu contains a single control to set the level of de-­‐clipping in 5 stages. Lower
settings offer more conservative de-­‐clipping action, while higher settings offer more de-­‐clipping. A
setting of Level 5 the "normal" setting and recommended for most modern material which have
been mastered with high levels of compression and clipping. If your station primarily plays source
material t hat h as b een c leanly m astered, y ou m ay f ind l ower s ettings a re s ufficient.

The Dynamics Detector to Ratio menu allows you to set time constants of the expansion ratio
adjustment a s w ell a s t he E xpansion S tart l evels a nd T ransition W idth l evels f or e ach o f t he 5 b ands
of U ndo's m ultiband e xpander.
The Attack and Release controls for each band determines how quickly the expansion ratio
will t rack a long w ith t he d ynamic d etector s ettings. T he d efault ( and r ecommended) s etting
is 1 00, w hich m eans t he e xpansion r atio w ill t rack i nstantaneously w ith n o a dditional d elay.
