B. Certification
Technician certification for this series is required for authorization to sell this
product. The certification will include the following models and will be awarded
when both the on-line and the classroom portions of the program are
successfully completed:
• imageRUNNER 3245/3235/3230/3225 Devices
• imageRUNNER 4570/3570/2870/2270 Devices
• imageRUNNER 3045/3035/3030/3025 Devices
C. Who Should Attend
Given the importance of this imageRUNNER Series and the advanced
technology it incorporates, it is highly recommended that all technicians
responsible for installing and supporting the new products successfully
complete this valuable training program.
Note:
In keeping with our current support policy, only those technicians who have
successfully completed or who are enrolled in the training program will be
entitled to live, phone-based support through our Technical Support Center
(TSC). Self-Service Support (software downloads, knowledgebase, support
forums, technical publications) will continue to be available through our e-
Support website for all technicians (refer to the Technical Support section for
entitlement details).

Training is available in each of the five Canon regional training centers.

E. Prerequisites
For those technicians that have already completed the Applied Technology
Program, the only prerequisite will be to complete the on-line portion of the
imageRUNNER 3245 Series training program. The on-line portion is located in
