1. Removable Hard Disk Drive Kit-C1

• The Removable Hard Disk Drive Kit-C1 allows the physical removal of
the Hard Disk Drive when the device is unattended or not in use to
protect confidential data and provide a greater level of security

2. Secure Watermark-A1

• Enables users to embed hidden text in the background of copies/prints
• Embedded text will appear when copies of the document are made
• LMS Activated

3. HDD Data Encryption Kit-B5

• Encrypts image data before writing to the HDD
• Provides protection for both temporary and permanent data
• Equipped with Canon MFP Security Chip 1.00 which is Common
Criteria Certified

4. HDD Data Erase Kit-B2

• Temporary data will be overwritten and erased immediately after job
completion and permanent data such as mail box data will be
overwritten and erased after it is deleted
• Offers three erasure methods depending on sensitivity of documents
(Null Once, Random Once and Random 3 times)

5. Braille Label Kit-E1

• Provides easier access for visually impaired users
• Conform to ADA Section 508 Requirements

6. ADF Access Handle-A1

• Helps users to open the Document Feeder to allow for easier access for
seated users
• Helps meet ADA Section 508 standards

7. Voice Operation Kit-B1

• Enables users to set various functions of the machine using their voice
• 3 modes which includes Voice Guide & Recognition Mode, Voice Guide
Mode and Recognition Mode
• Requires the Additional Memory Type A (512MB)
• Cannot be installed with Card Reader-C1
• Cannot be installed with Document Tray-J1 Voice Guidance Kit-D1

8. Remote Operator's Software Kit-A3

• Remote access utility that mirrors the device control panel functionality
on a personal computer so seated users can program the system
• LMS Activated
