On-line course:
During the on-line portion of this training program the student will be lead
though approximately eight (8) hours of on-line training.
Items covered include:
• Overview and specifications
• Configuration
• The Power Supply System
• Operations and timing
• Original Exposure
• Image Formation
• Fixing
• Accessories
• Pickup/Delivery Systems
Classroom course:
The classroom portion will be comprised of hands-on real world scenario labs
and practical exercises that are designed to enhance the technician's ability to
apply the information learned during the on-line portion of the training program.
This advanced learning technique will serve to instill the knowledge gained
during this application phase of the training. This style of training program is
designed to achieve the highest level of technical competence and improve
customer satisfaction through better first call resolution. Class schedules can
be located in the Training Center of the Canon USA e-Support website at
http://www.support.cusa.canon.com. Additionally, the course will cover the
finer points of:
• The Licensing Management System (LMS)
• New Version of SST
• New internal and external accessories with hands-on labs
