Answering system operation
Options during playback
When a message is playing, you can adjust the playback volume, skip, repeat,
or delete the message.
When a message is playing on the console:
/VOLUME or VOLUME/

Press

Press /SKIP after the date and time announcement to skip to the
next message.

Press /REPEAT to repeat the current message. Immediately press
/REPEAT after the date and time announcement to hear the
previous message.

The system announces "Message deleted."
Delete all central mailbox messages
Use this feature to delete all messages stored in the central mailbox.
