An activity report is printed out automatically after every 50 faxes sent or received.

Display the screen.

Press the [Status/System

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Report].

Press the [OK] key.

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Admin Rpt Set.].

Press the [OK] key.

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Outgoing FAX Rpt] or [Incoming FAX Rpt].

Press the [OK] key.
Configure the function.

Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Off] (not to print) or [On] (to print).
