Activity Report (Outgoing FAX Report and
Incoming FAX Report)
Activity reports are reports of both the sent faxes and the received faxes. Each report lists the history of the latest
50 sent or received fax data. When automatic printout is selected, a report is printed out automatically after
every 50 faxes sent or received.
Printing Activity Reports
The latest 50 sent or received fax data are printed as a report.

Display the screen.
[Status/Job Cancel] key > [Fax Incoming/Outgoing Log]
Print

Select [Outgoing Fax Log] to print the sent fax report, and select [Incoming Fax Log]
to print the received fax report.

[Print Report] > [Print]
The report is printed.
NOTE
You can select a shown fax job and select [
information of the job.
Display the screen.
[Home] key > [...] > [System Menu] > [Notification/Report] > "Fax Communication
Report" [Outgoing Fax Report] or [Incoming Fax Report]
Configure the function.
"Auto Print" [Off] (not to print) or [On] (to print)
