In the administrator mode of Web Connection, select "Fax Settings" ö "Function Setting" ö "TSI User Box

Displays the registration number.
Enter the fax ID of the sender (TSI: telephone numbers information).
Specify forwarding destinations for each TSI.
Specify the destination using one of the three methods: "Select from Address
Book", "Select from Group", and "Select from User Box No".
