In the case also of the idro pellet, the considerations made on the
regulation of the ambient thermostat temperature made for the Air version
are valid. That is to say, in order to prevent the heater going into
MODULATION condition, it is necessary for the ambient thermostat
temperature to be higher than that of the room where the heater is
installed.

The method of setting the ambient thermostat for ERGOFLAM IDRO is
activated through access to the menu mode. In the thermostats menu
(TerM) the variable T 01 is the pump deactivation temperature and T 02 is
the target ambient temperature.
3.2

Lighting for the first time

As a further aid to the customer, the sequence of operations to perform in order
to light the product for the first time is given:

Lighting the product:

1) Connect the product to the water system with pipes open and proceed to
load the boiler with the water from the pipe (Only for the IDRO version);
2) Connect the product to the household mains power supply;
3) Press the switch at the rear of the stove (press one);
4) Load the tank with the right amount of fuel (We recommend not filling the
chute completely but until it reaches the plate with the round holes inside the
tank);
5) Load the auger by pressing the buttons POWER + and POWER -, until the pellet
begins to fall continuously into the pan in the combustion chamber;
6) Empty the pan;
7) Ensure that the glass cleaning grille is closed, placing on the right the front
knob on the door and turning it clockwise in order to lock it;
8) Ensure that the ash tray is hermetically sealed. Turn the steel knob clockwise;

In order to light the heater, press the ON/OFF button (Button 1) for several
seconds. Now the heater will initiate the whole check-up and lighting procedure
automatically (approximately 10 min.) until the NORMAL phase is reached.
