1. Check the pinion gear 1. Replace if
damaged or worn.
2. Check the idle gear 2. Replace if dam-
aged or worn.
3. Check the gear movement. Replace the
defective part(s) if there is rough move-
ment.

Base assy. installation

1. Install the base assy 1.
