CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Install the new gasket with the 'EX UP'
mark facing the exhaust side and up.
Install the cylinder head.
Install and tighten the cylinder head
nuts to the specified torque.
NOTE
•
Tighten the nuts in a crisscross pattern in
several steps.
TOROUE: 23 N.m (2.3 kgf.m, 17 lbf-ft)
Install the clutch cable guide.
Install and tighten the nut securely.
Connect the upper radiator hose and
tighten the band screw securely.
Connect the thermo sensor connector.
Install the spark plug cap.
Fill and bleed the cooling system
(Page 6-6).
Install the fuel tank (Page 2-14).
Install the side cowl (Page 2-4).
