After completing pump
reassembly,
check
to make
sure
that
the
pump
is operating
smoothly by
tum
ing
the shaft
by
hand
before
mounting the pump in the crankcase.

and
Cy
linder Head
Dacripiton
The
cyli
nder
head is aluminum alloy

iron to

Disassembly

Drain the
engine
oil by removing the drain
plug.
2.
Unscrew
the left
crankcase
cover
mounting
screws and
remove the
cover.
3.
loosen the
6 mm hex bolt
from
the
left
cy-
limder
head
side cover, and
remove the
side
cover. Loosen
the two
cross screws and remove
right
cylinder head side cover.
4.
Remove the
flywheel
with
the flywheel puller.
(Tool
No.
07933-0010000). Remove
the
stator
assembly(Flg.13)

set
the
piston
at the compression top dead cmttt
