NSR150SP Fuel System

Adjust the idle speed with the throttle
stop control knob.
IDLE SPEED: 1,300 ± 100 (rpm)
Rev the engine up slightly from the idle
speed and make sure that engine
speed rises smoothly.
Adjust the air screw by turning it in or
out a 1/4 of a turn. If the engine cannot
be adjusted by turning the air screw
within a 1/4 turn, check for other engine
problems.
REED VALVE, AIR CHAMBER
REMOVAL
Remove the carburettor (page 5-7)
Remove the bolt and tube band.
Remove the air chamber.
Remove the bolts and air chamber
bracket.
Remove the carburettor insulator from
the crankcase.
Remove the reed valve from the
crankcase.
Remove the gasket from the crankcase.
