NSR150SP Clutch/Gearshift Linkage

Remove the bolts and right crankcase
cover.
Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
Clean off any gasket material from the
right crankcase cover mating surface.
CAUTION
•
Be careful not to damage the right
crankcase cover mating surface.
Remove the washer, water pump/oil
pump drive gear, shaft and washer.
Check the teeth of the water pump/oil pump
drive gear for wear or damage.
