1.
Remove the six nuts and washers securing
the cylinder head to the cylinder.

Carefully lift the head free of cylinder; then
remove the cylinder head gasket.

Remove the cylinder base nuts.

Carefully lift the cylinder straight up.

Remove the piston pin circlips.

Using the Arctic piston pin puller, remove the
piston pin.

Remove the connecting rod bearing and
place it with the piston pin.
8.
Install a rubber band over the connecting
rod. This will prevent the rod from damaging
the cylinder base surface should the crank-
shaft be rotated.
