PROBLEM: Display screen is appearing blank
Symptom
No characters are displayed on
the screen
Lighting is on, but no characters
are displayed.
Strange characters displayed.

Possible solution
Make sure connector is placed correctly on control board.
Contrast of the display is not set-up correctly. Turn the
potentiometer on the FELIXprinters electronics board according to
the assembly manual.
Contact FELIXprinters to obtain a replacement LCD screen.
