Starriser
to another
vehicle,
you
may
have
to

attached

seat-belts
to keep
it from
striking
passengers

crash.

In a crash,
an unsecured
child
restraint
may
injure
other
occupants.
Carefully
open
the
slot
covers
Insert
the
connectors
(I)
into
at the
rear
end of the Starriser.

recesses
(2) and
lock.
The
connectors
will snap
into
place.
Always
make
sure
that
the
connectors
are fully
engaged
i n
the
recesses
and
not
just
fed
through
the
slots
i n the
fabric
cover.
DO - Make
sure
that
the
Starriser/Comfy
does
not
become
trapped
by a folding
car seat
or i n the door
or trunk
lid of
your
car.
DO - Repl a ce
any
worn
seat
belts
immediately.
Remove
the
Starriser/Comfy
and
Inspect
the
vehicle
seat
belt
periodically
for
signs
of wear,
fraying
or damage.
DO NOT
- Leave
children
al o ne
i n your
car, even
for
a short
time.
NOTE:
If you have
trouble
attaching
your
Comfy,
adjust
the width
of the Starriser
until
you
see the slots
to locate
the Comfy.

the

slots

to
ensure
that
it is insta

correctly
as shown.
WARNING!
Leave
the
wedges
attached
to the
Wedge
@
Comfy.
If not
attached,

the wedges

be lost or pose

hazard
for children.
The belt
guide
clip
attached
to
the strap
of the
booster
stows
on the retaining
form
(3) of the
backrest.
Bring
the
backrest
forward
and
clip
on the
guide.
Adjusting
the
height
of the
Comfy
Unzi p
the
back
cover
of
the backrest.
Push
the
"Press"
button
(4) and
upwards,
out
o P
ull the
Comfy
the
slots.
Refit
to the desired
height
(so that
the
shoul d er
belt
guides
are
just
slight1
above
the
child's
shoul dy er). Sl i d e
down
until
the
"Press"
button
clicks
into
place.
Cl o se
the
zipper.
Adjust
the
backrest
to fit the
vehicle
seat
by
plvoting
the
Comfy
so that
it rests
flat
against
the
seat
back
of
the vehicle.
If necessary,
adjust
the
vehicle's
headrest
to allow
the Comfy
to lie flat.

DO NOT
-Attempt
to disassemble
or modify
any
part
of the
Starriser/Comfy
or your
vehicle's
seat
belts.
DO NOT
- Use anything,
such
as a cushi o n
or coat
to raise
the
Starriser/Comfy
off
the
passenger
seat.
In an
accident
the Starriser/Comfy
and vehicle's
seat belts
would
not
be abl e
to protect
your
child
as well
ar
they
should.
