Client Connectivity Issues

Client cannot connect to network

If the client can associate with the Access Point, but cannot access the
network, check the following:
1. Verify the IP Address of the client station. If the IP Address is valid, then
ping the AP-2000.
a.
If the client can ping the Access Point, but cannot connect to the
network, there may be a network configuration problem.
b.
If the client station cannot ping the Access Point, then verify the
connection status and the encryption settings in the Client Manager.
c.
Make sure the client station is connected to the correct AP-2000 by
verifying the Network Name.
2. If the Access Point is configured for DHCP, go the the HTTP Interface
and select the Configure button, then the Network tab. Verify your
DHCP settings and check the DHCP Server log for error messages.
